Worked really great for overall health. More energy too. I have a shoulder injury from sports and it took away the pain as it is also has anti-inflammatory properties.

Sometimes I had to use over the counter pain killers, but immediately stopped using it after reading an article titled: The Dangers of Aspirin & NSAIDS
